This project includes a two-phase, mixed-use project that aims to incorporate and preserve important historical structures in Sweet Auburn. The project includes a historic renovation of the multi-story building on the corner of 229 Sweet Auburn Avenue. A additional 109 unit multifamily residential building with commercial and retail below along with with new 61,611 sf parking structure all part of the phase one construction.

Design Approach
As a important location in the Sweet Auburn Historic district, this project will offer core housing and support features to the community. This project prioritizes an enhanced streetscape with lined street trees, bicycle parking, seating areas along the Sweet Auburn Avenue and Jesse Hill Jr. Drive frontages. The multi-family building is designed to include a roof deck amenity for the residents. This space was designed to leisure outdoor space that the residents can use that includes a covered pavilion, lounge seating, and dining spaces that can be used during the day and night.
The interior of the project, the residential community will offer a resident dog park to provide a easily accessible space for the residents and their dogs.
