This project comprises of a five story residential building that will include 96 residential units, with planned amenities to include a community room, a fitness center and an outdoor deck. Additionally, the development will include a central 6 story parking garage with be constructed with rooftop amenity above. The second building with include two story townhome-style live/work unites above with ground floor commercial spaces.

The estimated cost of construction is more than $21 million.
